"Long Division"
Overhead squat 20x your body weight as fast as you can

Yes, this takes some planning.  If you could OHS 20x your body weight, you'd only have to do one rep.  If you could only overhead squat 1 pound, then you'd be doing 20x your body weight for the number of reps.  To perform this workout, you must be able to do 50 PVC OHS and be able to perform 20x heavy goblet squats.  If you can't do this, you can do the workout with FS, or if necessary, BS.
