Program Overview

No matter where you're from, how old you are, what level of fitness you're currently at - you have a place at CrossFit Blacksburg School of Fitness. We've developed a suite of training programs for any fitness level and interest because we stand for you and other Blacksburg locals who are up for a little challenge and are striving to be better today than they were yesterday.

To ensure our members are receiving proper coaching and a positive experience, personal training and group classes are offered in a range of ability levels.  There are different options available for new comers and beginners to learn the foundations and how things work at CrossFit Blacksburg.  

In addition to personal training and our core group class schedule, there are a number of other programs available to our members, and some open to the general public.  From mobility and nutrition coaching to yoga, we have offerings to suit individual needs.  Browse through the options for all the details.
