I want to dispel the myth that you need dimple-free legs and a smooth butt to be considered fit.
Vanessa does a great job explaining the physiological reasons for cellulite. I've known this for a while, but forget about it sometimes, and don't share it with many folks.
Yep, I have cellulite. I also have stretch marks from eating and boozing too much in college. I can't do anything about either, so I got over them a long time ago, and rock the short shorts in the gym, and wear a bikini to the pool/beach.
