Hero WODs
Yesterday we did the workout "Murph", one of the CrossFit Hero workouts - and one of the harder ones. If you did Murph, or "Daniel" last week, you know that the hero WODs are extra challenging. They test you both phsically and mentally. Somewhere in the middle of it, you're wondering if you're going to make it all the way through. But you keep pushing through, and some time later, you're finished. But have you ever stopped to read about the Heros we honor with our sweat - and sometimes blood?
The CrossFit Journal published an article yesterday called "Fallen But Not Forgotten". Take the five minutes to read it. More and more Heros are being added to the list - too often. So remeber them as we offer our sacrifice of sweat.
Murph - 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1mile run
