Favorites?

Yesterday was about least favorite move/exercise...How about favorites?  

I'm going with thrusters!  Yes, they are horrible, but when you get in a good rhythm it's a beautiful feeling!

  • Favorite- Clean & Jerk

    Least Favorite- any stupid burpee variation (bar facing burpee hop-overs)

  • Deadlifts definitely.

    I generally like anything that puts weight overhead, but my knee being wonkey still makes me nervous about going too heavy (mental block mostly).

  • Who doesn’t love a good double-fisted kettlebell drag?

  • Top three favorite movements:  Cleans, BOX JUMPS, and DOUBLE UNDERS.  What an appropriate day to be asked this question!!

  • Deadlifts, Back Squats (but NOT OH Squats) and KB swings

    and Lee….you’re Nuts!!!!  Even us short people don’t like dragging things

  • I’m trying to convince myself;) Deadlifts, squats, RDL, and KB swings are probably my “favorite” exercises.

  • The “stupid burpee variations” are the only burpees I like! Still not much of a fan, but at least they’re interesting. I’ll go with jerks (clean or not) and double-unders as my favorites.

  • Yep, thrusters are awful.  I would rather do a 20 min AMRAP that included burpees, than do Fran Rx (my PR is in the 7s).

  • Top three for me: Box Jumps, Double Unders, and Overhead Squats
    Yep…I’m a little weird with liking the OH squats…

    Worsts: Row, Thrusters, Muscle Ups

  • Well, as a newbie, I haven’t been exposed to a lot yet.
    Favorites: Deadlifts & kettlebell swings
    Least favorites: pull ups. 
    Burpees and pushups are somewhere in the middle.
