“DT” is my favorite…no squats
– B-Vo on July 11th, 2011 at 6:50 am
I’m gonna have to go with “Fran”
Short, hard, and fast… Probably the best bang for my buck in terms of time invested versus fitness gained
– Jesse on July 11th, 2011 at 8:41 am
“Murphy” minus the body armor. If you can survive this WOD you will feel like you can do anything.
– Otto on July 11th, 2011 at 9:12 am
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Thrusters, 65lbs
10 Pull-ups
– Brian on July 11th, 2011 at 9:17 am
I’m gonna give the cop-out (but true) answer of “Whichever one I just finished.” I don’t care much for any of them WHILE I’m doing them!
Today’s favorite WOD: 9:59 @ 155# PC (yes, that’s my bodyweight…I lost 40 pounds this weekend…). Although this one had T2B, which definitely disqualifies it as a “favorite.” Same goes for anything with wallball.
– Daron on July 11th, 2011 at 10:31 am
Lumberjack 20
– Kerry Hanline on July 11th, 2011 at 10:37 am
Strength: 250lbs across the board. Struggled with last few reps of third set—not 100% sure that I got below parallel (should have video taped myself!)
WOD as Rx’d @ 170lbs (bw): 5:11 (forearm burner!)
– Brian (Marsha's son) on July 11th, 2011 at 10:39 am
I agree w/ Daron—anything I can FINISH!
– Judy on July 11th, 2011 at 10:45 am
I’m going with today’s workout: 5 rounds of(5 power cleans/10 toes to bar) and the Filthy 50. It’s hard to decide between the two.
– Travis on July 11th, 2011 at 10:49 am
I haven’t done too many… so I guess I would have to say Jackie!
– Amanda on July 11th, 2011 at 10:53 am
First off, thank you for the shout out on the blog last week!
And my favorite WOD is, hands down, “Helen.”
– McB on July 11th, 2011 at 11:31 am
I really like “Cindy”, oh and of course “Josh”. “Filthy 50” is pretty sweet too.
– Josh on July 11th, 2011 at 11:57 am
run 800m
Grace
run 800m
– BRANDON WARD on July 11th, 2011 at 12:27 pm
I like the idea of Nancy. Diana, Grace, and Isabel are each close seconds.

“Wittman” Seven rounds for time of: 1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 15 reps 95 pound Power clean, 15 reps 15 Box jumps, 24? box
or anything w/o T2B
– Michael Hahl on July 11th, 2011 at 3:22 pm
I tend to like them if I can finish in 8 minutes or less-and if they involve heavy lifting. My favorite is CF Total though, if that counts.
– Cassidy on July 11th, 2011 at 4:32 pm
