Easy Muffins…

Wellnessmama is a great website that I found this week.  All of the recipes are grain-free and pretty simple.  This muffin recipe is fantastic - our kids gobbled them up and they take less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish.  Bonus!  I added chocolate chips to the second batch that I made but you could add just about anything:  coconut, seeds, nuts, dried fruit...Find the recipe here...

  • Hah, I am just going to assume that “buy in” is a joke.  There is no way that our loving and caring instructors would make us do 150 burpees before a games WOD with hand release push-ups…

    The Double Under/Burpee buy-in/“warm-up” helps address some of the needs for preparing for the WOD: Jump Rope: elevated body temperature, increased respiratory rate, waking up lower bosy/ preparing for box jumps, etc. while the Burpees help prepare for the push-ups

  • That was terrible.  Just couldn’t get through the push ups, which I knew was going to be a problem.  Then couldn’t get in a rhythm with the box jumps.
