Beverage Blitzkrieg!

If you haven't figured it out yet, this week is Client Appreciation Week at CrossFit Blacksburg.  We truly are thankful that we have you, our clients, so that we can do what we love, which is make people better!! 

Today is our Beverage Blitzkrieg.  Come on in to see what's going on ... it involves a stimulant and a depressant, not at the same time!!  And of course it's after your workout.

As an aside, we received this email from a client recently, and we thought it's good to share.  It made all of us have a good chuckle.

  • Amazing what a difference a few hours makes.
    Broad jump: previous PR 7’8” (early morning), new PR 8’3” (1pm).
    Also set PR’s on free handstand (5 sec) and scaled L-sit (no target parallette, 14 sec).
    WOD as Rx: 2+10, 2+5, 2+1.
    LOVED the beverage cash out!
