I've seen this before, but I stumbled upon it again last night. Great words, for both newbies and experienced CrossFitters alike from CrossFit Delaware Valley.
10 Tips For Success
- You're competing against yourself, not others
- Don't be too proud to scale - lots of you gentlemen need to pay attention to that one!
- What you eat is more important than what you lift
- Don't be afraid to ask for clarification
- CrossFit isn't everything
- It doesn't get easier, it just sucks less
- Have fun
- You won't PR every day
- You are all firebreathers
- Respect rest and recovery
